I arrived at the farm in April 2023. Everything started here with 60 Normande dairy cows and 165 hectares of agricultural land. My goal from the beginning was clear: to make the most of the already well-established milk production.

I arrived at the farm in April 2023. Everything started here with 60 Normande dairy cows and 165 hectares of agricultural land.

My goal from the beginning was clear: to make the most of the already well-established milk production.

Today, making ice cream allows me to utilize around 20,000 liters of milk per year. It’s a great way to give more meaning to my work and to stabilize my income.

My ice creams and sorbets are now sold through several retailers, as well as in my farm shop, which I open every Saturday.

To connect with customers and increase my visibility, I also take part in festive events with my cart. These moments of sharing allow me to showcase my products and tell the story of my farm.

With Farmhouse Ice Cream, I have been able to bring to life a project that is close to my heart: a profitable activity, rooted in my local area and true to my values.
